I dedicated my life to service a long time ago. Throughout my career, I have realized that I love creating special experiences for other people. That could mean our paying Guests or our Team Members. Either way, I love that Red Door is committed to people and servant leadership. I view my role as being able to help our company create the best experiences possible, hopefully for Guests and Team Members alike.

There is nothing more gratifying than spending time in the field with our teams. It truly helps one keep perspective as to why we do what we do. Similarly, the team in the home office represents an incredible dedication to supporting our operations and our Guests so that they have the knowledge and abilities to create the best experiences possible. 

FUN FACT: I am directly related to the 21st President of the United States, Chester A. Arthur and my cousin, Ainsworth Spofford began the Library of Congress.
